It is always exciting to see a vision come to life—especially when that vision creates more housing opportunities for our community.
Congratulations to our development partner, WeBuild Concord, on the completion of the Old Kerr Street Baptist Church redevelopment project called The Sanctuary. Seeing a historic church that sat vacant for nearly 20 years transformed into beautiful, attainable apartments for mixed-income residents is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people come together with a shared purpose.
At Tiny House Big Movement, we’re grateful to partner with organizations that believe, as we do, that everyone deserves access to quality, attainable housing. We’re proud to be working alongside WeBuild Concord on our Corban Avenue Cottage Court community, where we’ll continue creating innovative housing opportunities and expanding pathways to homeownership.
This project is more than a renovation—it’s a testament to what collaboration, creativity, and commitment to community can accomplish.
Congratulations to the entire WeBuild Concord team and everyone who helped make this project a reality. We look forward to continuing this work together and creating even more opportunities for the people we serve.
