CleanUp Critters Concord NH had our biggest pickup yet!

Yesterday, Saturday, September 12th, sixteen volunteers spent two hours cleaning up the Exit 13 area as part two of the cleanup we started in April 2026 — and the results were incredible!

Together, we picked up 38 bags of litter! Our largest cleanup total so far!

This effort was made possible by 9 amazing volunteers from HDR, along with 7 additional community volunteers who gave their time and energy to help make Concord cleaner and more welcoming.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up for our community. We are especially excited to see a company like HDR taking advantage of opportunities to give back locally and make a visible difference right here in Concord.

Every bag matters, and every volunteer makes an impact. Thank you for helping us keep Concord beautiful! 💚

Regional Drive got a little cleaner this weekend 🧤🌎

We had a great morning cleaning up Regional Drive this past Saturday! Seven wonderful volunteers came out and, despite the summer heat, we got a lot accomplished. 💚

Together, we collected:

🗑️ 14 bags of litter
🧳 1 suitcase full of clothes
🙌 7 Volunteers

A huge THANK YOU to Sarah Maxfield, Hanh Tran, Ethan, Teri, and John who came out yesterday morning and gave their time to help keep our community clean! It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we work together. ✨

Until the next cleanup!

🤔 Have you ever wished there was an easy way to help keep Concord clean?

There is! 💙 The City of Concord’s Blue Bag Program makes it simple for anyone to make a difference.

Here’s how it works:
🗑️ Pick up free blue bags from the City.
🌿 Clean up litter in public spaces around Concord.
📍 Leave the filled bags in an approved location and notify the City for pickup.

Whether you pick up one bag or ten, every little bit helps make our community cleaner and more beautiful.

We are grateful for programs like this that empower residents to take pride in our city. If you head out on a cleanup, we’d love to see your photos—share them in the comments and inspire others to join in!

🌿♻️ Successful cleanup at Healy Park today!

A huge thank you to the volunteers from the Merrimack River Watershed Council, Councilor Jim Schlosser, and everyone else who came out to help. Together, we collected 30 bags of trash and made a real difference for our community and local wildlife.

As a bonus, we even spotted a turtle enjoying its cleaner habitat! 🐢

Thank you to everyone who donated their time and energy to keep Healy Park beautiful. 💚
