Camp Phoenix is an American Camping Association-accredited residential camp located on 175 beautifully wooded acres on the shores of Sardis Lake in Como, Mississippi. Each summer, Camp Phoenix provides approximately 350 kids from the greater Memphis area with the opportunity to experience the great outdoors face-to-face. SIX SIMPLE STEPS TO ATTEND CAMP PHOENIX
To attend Camp Phoenix, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis members must:
- Be invited by Club Professional staff
- Be a Boys & Girls Club member age 8 to 14
- Have a parent or guardian fill out an application
- Have a parent or guardian fill out a health history form and USDA eligibility form
- Have a physical examination (if possible, through your family doctor or clinic—if not, check with your Club)
- Have paid the membership fee of $10 or complete 8 service hours
- Be sure to complete all 6 steps promptly, as the first invited members ages 8-14 to complete the steps will go to camp. Additional information and forms can be obtained from your Club Professional staff. Since we are a Non-Profit Camp we are always accepting donations. Camp Phoenix Wish List:
