Saturday, we hosted the Choose Hope women’s conference, and to say our hearts and camera rolls are full would be a massive understatement. 💜✨ There is something so sacred about a room full of women showing up—not for an event, but for their relationship with God.
The day began with the warmth of community: sharing a meal from Homestead Chef Catering, sipping Lemon Love lemonade, and the simple joy of a "hello" between old friends and new ones. We were led into the Father’s presence by the beautiful voices of Hannah Carroll and Kenna Hall, supported by a group of men who stepped up to make our worship even more powerful.
We were deeply moved by Kirby Kelly, who stood before us at 35 weeks pregnant to deliver a message of unwavering biblical hope. She reminded us that our confidence isn't in our circumstances, but in God’s perfect record of faithfulness and redemption. Her strength and her words gave us all a fresh perspective on what it means to truly trust. 🕊️
Then, the one and only Tammy Trent opened her heart to us. She shared the raw reality of grief and the everyday choice to find joy. Her infectious spirit and "fun" personality were such a gift—she showed us that even in the hardest seasons, we can still laugh and find hope. We couldn't have asked for two better women to carry this message.
We ended the day in praise, lingering in the vendor area to connect and discover resources right here in Comanche for those walking through hard times.
