Cash is a vibrant 9-year-old whose life is a testament to resilience, curiosity, and quiet strength.

Diagnosed with level 2 autism, severe ADHD, and born bilaterally deaf, Cash navigates the world in ways that challenge convention and inspire those around him. He was also born with a rare genetic condition called cranial metaphyseal dysplasia, adding another layer to his already extraordinary story. Though once considered nonverbal, Cash communicates in powerful ways—through gestures, expressions

, and moments of connection that speak louder than words. His days are filled with sensory exploration, bursts of energy, and a need for structure and support. Transitions can be tough, and routines are essential. But within that rhythm, Cash finds joy in movement, fascination in patterns, and comfort in the people who truly see him. Daily life on the spectrum for Cash means navigating a world that often wasn’t built with him in mind—but he shows up anyway, with courage and a spark that refuses to dim. His journey is not easy, but it’s deeply meaningful. Every milestone, no matter how small, is a victory. Every moment of calm, every shared smile, every breakthrough is a reminder: Cash is not defined by his diagnoses—he’s defined by his spirit.
