GHMCEF’s first-ever Mentor Round Table brought together local professionals and GHHS sophomores for honest conversations about careers, opportunities, and future paths.

Students walked in with questions and left with new ideas, confidence, and inspiration for what’s possible after high school.
90% of students said the event sparked new career thinking
85% found the experience valuable and worth repeating

💙 Grant Impact Spotlight: STEAM Thursdays

This is what community support looks like in action.

Thanks to the generosity of GHMCEF donors, students have the opportunity to participate in STEAM Thursdays, a hands-on enrichment program that brings together art, science, creativity, and exploration.
From engineering challenges and problem-solving activities to creative projects that encourage curiosity and innovation, students are able to learn by doing and discover new ways to think, create, and collaborate.

Every grant helps create experiences that inspire students, support educators, and expand opportunities beyond the traditional classroom.

Thank you to everyone who helps make programs like this possible for Grandview Heights students.

Join us at Larson Middle and Stevenson Elementary for Meet the Teacher and the Foundation-sponsored Ice Cream Socials this week!

Larson Middle - Monday. Aug. 10

Stevenson Elementary - Tuesday, Aug. 11
🍎 Meet the Teacher 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Students and families can explore classrooms, reconnect with friends, and enjoy some ice cream as we get ready for another great school year.

GHMCEF is happy to provide the ice cream and help welcome our school community back together. We can’t wait to see you there!
