Interested in joining a mental health support group for women? Our support groups will begin again on August 31st, 6:30P Ridge, 2800 Bonnell Rd. Watch for more group options in the days ahead.

"She Rises" is a sacred journey of rediscovering identity, value, and grace. Designed for women seeking healing from trauma, betrayal, emotional wounds, or the effects of past abuse, this group offers a safe, faith-filled space where hearts and minds can begin to mend.🩷
Many come carrying hidden hurts, unspoken wounds, and shattered dreams — pieces of their story often held in silence. She Rises invites each woman to bring those burdens into the light of God's love and begin to see herself not through the pain of the past, but through the truth of who she is in Christ.🫶
Through Scripture, guided reflection, and authentic conversation, this group creates space for restoration — where false labels are laid down, dignity is reclaimed, and transformation begins. God is a compassionate and protective Father who holds every tear, walks with us through the valley, and lovingly calls His daughters to rise — stronger, freer, and deeply rooted in His love.🌱

Help Show Support for Local Domestic Violence Shelters!🫶

Here at The Ridge, we partner with many local organizations to provide care in a lot of different ways. This spring, we have an opportunity to help our local domestic violence shelters in both Bartholomew and Decatur Counties. Turning Point and New Directions provide support and hope for victims of domestic abuse. They help house families to keep them safe and provide programming to help educate, inform and prevent the cycle of abuse. Not only can we help these organizations by sharing what we do through Ridge Counseling Services, but we also would like to help provide some much-needed supplies.
