Alex had a special heart for those with individuals with special needs, those less fortunate, and animals. This scholarship Foundation was established to carry on Alex's legacy. Alex was a kind and happy young man who was filled with life and joy. He had a special way of making others feel accepted and comfortable. He was diverse in his thinking, relationships and interactions. Alex never saw diff

erences and promoted acceptance in his own actions. He could make anyone feel comfortable and empowered. He had a special heart for those with special needs and those less fortunate. Our goal is to honor Alex by providing assistance in what mattered most to him, animal rescue, special needs students, feeding homeless, providing school supplies, scholarships, music and art.

Good Morning All,
This Friday would have been Alex 31st Birthday. Our boy was an old soul. Full of love , Kindness and acceptance. He was also very funny (or at least he thought so 😉). I would love for friends and family to share a memory that describes the person he was. And a bonus would be a photo of Alex or you with him.
One of my favorite memories was the first year of college Alex attended Wittenberg. It was hard on all of us. We have always been together for special days. It was Mother’s Day and he always gave me flower on my special day. Along with a bear hug! Well Brady and Alex had a plan to bring him home that day and surprise me. And they did just that! Flowers, bear hug and all!

Giving Tuesday was a wonderful day for the Alex Brady Linard Foundation !
We provided funds for the following non profit organizations :

All Inclusive Living (All In). All in was created in response to the housing crisis facing people with disabilities by parents committed to better futures for their children with autism.

FSS Faith Mission. FSS assist those in need with hot meals, safe shelter, employment assistance, medical, dental and vision care

Marines Toys for Tots!

Today we attended Maria’s Message Safe Driving Class in honor of our dear friends Dom and Terri Tiberi’s daughter Maria. The students ages 151/2 to 22 have 3 drills - wet pavement braking, emergency lane change and skid-car maneuvers. The event was held at Safelite Auto Glass Corp Headquarters. We had the privilege of donating funds from Alex Foundation to help this great cause. I encourage all parents to enroll their children in this course. It saves young lives!!

October 20th we had our first wine tasting at TCCMV. It was a great success! Many thanks to TCC Staff, Mindy Drayer, Maria Durant, Dave Eidelberg, Julie Douglas, Karen Brothers, Paula Scurria, Amy Hura and Debby Cacchio for all their help! Shout out to all her provided auction items. Thank you so much to all our friends and family who came! I tried to take as many photos that night as I could. If anyone has photos please share! We made $5600 for the Capital Area Humane Society. Alex I’m sure is very proud of what we ALL accomplished that night💜💜💜

The Alex Brady Linard foundation Sponsored the WEROC (we r one community) tailgate on October 1st. WeROC’s mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. Spending time with peers and participating in community activities are critical parts of any inclusive community. The tailgate was a great success!
