Thanks to John Kasich's $500 million of cuts to public education North Royalton and Broadview Heights residents will have to vote to raise property taxes to expand and repair schools.

Greg Gurka, superintendent of the North Royalton City Schools, and Barbara Zindroski, member of the Board of Education, answer questions about the proposed $49.8 million bond issue, which will appear on the May 6 ballot.
