Remember FAST:

F — Face drooping
A — Arm weakness
S — Speech difficulty
T — Time to call for help

If you notice these symptoms in yourself or someone else, call 911 immediately. Quick action can make all the difference.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a reminder that health is not just physical, but emotional and mental as well.

At Helping Hands Health & Wellness Center, we see every day how closely mental and physical health are connected. Stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional hardship can impact every area of a person’s well-being.

We are grateful to have counseling services available as part of the care we provide and remain committed to supporting the whole person through compassionate, accessible healthcare.
