When life gave 100 pounds of mistakenly-delivered ground beef last week, they reached out to the CFR crew—and the Ro’s Kitchen team made quick work of transforming those giant tubes of meat into gorgeous taco salads for community members to enjoy!
The finished product features refried beans, ancho croutons, pickled pearl peppers, and parmesan crisps alongside the ground beef.
