NAMI’s theme for is more than a message — it’s a call to move from silence to healing, together.

For too long, stigma has kept people from speaking openly about their mental health. But when we share our experiences, we create space for understanding, connection, and support.

Every story matters. When you speak up, you remind someone else they’re not alone — and help turn silence into strength.

NAMI’s theme for this year is more than a message — it’s how we move from silence to healing, together.

For too long, stigma has kept people quiet about their mental health. But when we speak up, we make space for understanding, connection, and healing.

So how do we begin? By sharing our stories.

When you share your story, you show someone else they are not alone. You help turn silence into support — and strengthen the path toward healing for all of us.

23.4% of U.S. adults experienced mental illness in 2024.

That’s nearly one in four of our friends, coworkers, neighbors, and loved ones.

Across the country, people just like you are working, creating, competing, laughing, loving, and inspiring every single day while also navigating their mental health.

Mental health conditions are common, and support, understanding, and connection matter 💙
