Next Meeting is Tues. 6:30 pm
Hope you have all been able to work on your projects and have a good final game plan for Fair. An advisor will review with each member what to expect with going to the Fair and judging. Please bring anything you need to do the mock judging and review such as place settings for cooking projects etc. Complete as much as you can in your books before Tues. When you have reviewed/cleared with an advisor, you may leave.
We need a picture of each member and advisor with Club shirt for the Fair booth, please remember to wear your club shirt. If you need to still pay for extra shirts, please do so at this mtg. Also need a portrait up and down 8x10 poster or pictures or something related to your project/s to mount on card stock for the booth. Talk to advisors Lisa and Julie. We will have cardstock available. Misc. projects can have a display or item related to your project to also display in the booth.
Lastly, parents and fellow advisors, skillathon volunteers are still needed for the 2 days for skillathon Fri. 12th and Mon. 15th. please call the 4-H office to sign up for an early or late slot. 740-474-7534. We get honor club points 🙂
