Jesus said, “If you are faithful in little things you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things you won’t be honest in greater responsibilities”. Luke 16:10

You see integrity does not begin when you are faced with a huge decision, but rather it begins when you decide to be honest and faithful in the daily little decisions we have to make.

If we would live a life of integrity choose daily to be honest in the little things which will prepare you for the time when a big decision must be made.

When we become people of integrity other people will learn that they can trust us. John Maxwell says, “When you are honest with others and you are authentic when you make mistakes, people trust you. Choosing a life integrity and authenticity enables you to work with others and build strong relationships.”

The key to building strong relationships is being authentic with those around us. It does not mean we never make a mistake but it does mean owning our mistakes and doing our best to make things right. This is integrity.
