💚Help Surround a Local Family with Love & Support

A wonderful local family that we care about so much is facing an unexpected loss of so much right now. During this incredibly difficult time, we want to surround them with love, support, and encouragement and help lift some of the weight from their shoulders.

Our biggest goal right now is helping secure temporary housing (within Northridge District or close enough to drive) so we can provide some consistency, stability, and continued support for the boys while their family works through this difficult season.
Please contact Jenni Stockberger at Northridge Elementary if you are aware of a 2-3 BR home or apartment in the area. Email- [email protected]

We are also collecting new clothing items and shoes to help meet some of their immediate needs. If you are able to help, we are specifically looking for:
👕 New clothing or Shoes: Boys Youth XXL size 18 in shirts/shorts/joggers/sweatshirts/jackets and shoes size Mens 8
Boys size Youth L size 10/12 shirts/shorts/joggers/hoodies/jackets and youth size 5.5 or 6
🧦 Socks for the boys (shoe sizes Mens 8 and Youth size 5.5/6)
🩲 Underwear for the boys (size youth XXL/18 and Youth L 10/12)
🎁 Gift cards for the adults in the home (Amazon, Walmart, Rural King,Tractor Supply), so they can choose clothing and personal items that fit their individual needs.

Items can be dropped off at Northridge Elementary or to the district office.

Donate money to help the family here:

Every donation, no matter how big or small, is a reminder to this family that they are surrounded by people who care about them and want to help them through this.

If you are able to contribute, please reach out to me.
Thank you for helping us wrap this family in a little extra love during a time when they need it most. 💚

A very generous lady reached out to me today and offered a very gently used suit for a young man. She thought perhaps a family with a son in high school going to homecoming might benefit from this gift. It is a black suit with pants that are 32 waist 34 length. Send us a message if you could use this gift!

Thank you to everyone who donated supplies for our backpack program this year! Also, a huge shout out to Tactical Creations Apparel, Mastodons Ice Cream Co. and Caves Kitchen for teaming up with us on this mission. Together, we were able to provide 25 students from Northridge, Johnstown, Utica, Fredricktown, and Centerburg with a new backpack filled with everything they need to start this school year strong!

It's beginning to look a lot like these kids are going to be prepared for the first day of school! Thanks to all who have generously ordered from our wishlist already. We will leave it up for another day before we finish it out!
