In our next audio, we’ll delve deeper into specific topics. We’d love your feedback and, of course, any questions you may have!

"The Columbus Youth Council (C*C) program gives Columbus high school juniors and seniors an opportunity to immerse themselves in city government and learn how they can become stewards in their community.

Forced to flee ethnic cleansing in 1992, his family lived in Nepal and India before finding freedom and rebuilding their lives in Ohio. Their story highlights the strength and contributions of refugee communities."

Faced with jail and possible death, a family from Bhutan fled to Nepal as the government began a campaign of ethnic cleansing. They came to Ohio to start a new life.
