5th Annual Youth Growbag Garden Event
Joyful Souls Heirloom Nursery
At the Grow Farm
Saturday, May 16, 2026. Show Them We Care Foundation and the Riverside Apartments children and youth "Keeping Hope Alive" at the 5th Annual youth Growbag Garden Event.

The children from Riverside Apartments were proudly sponsored by Diane's Call/Farmasis, owner Bonita Clemons. The children enjoyed preparing their growbags to take home and exploring the beautiful displays throughout the garden site.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. Lisa Kershaw, owner of Joyful Souls Heirloom Nursery, and Jennifer Cunningham, owner of Palmetto Learning Academy, their partners and vendors for their generous support and commitment to empowering youth through education, gardening, and community engagement.

Together, we are planting seeds of hope, growth, and opportunity for the next generation.

KEEPING HOPE ALIVE

APRIL 8, 2026 another heartwarming spring break event
for the children at Riverside Apartments.
Heather and her dog "Bailey" had an amazing event with the children at Riverside. Heather is a writer. She shared one of her stories with the children that included Bailey. The childern had a chance to love on Bailey. Thank you Heather for sharing your love of Jesus with us.

Show Them We Care Foundation KEEPING HOPE ALIVE during spring break April 3 - April 10, 2026. Our Lady of the Hills Catholics Church Youth organization KICKS OFF spring break on April 3, 2026 with CAMP AWESOME for the kids at Riverside Apartments. A yearly camp sponsored by OLOH. This is one of the five camps sponsored by OLOH. The camps are the most popular events throughout the year. The kids are running free, enjoying themselves. The journey isn't over. There's more to come.Thank you Mrs. Elizabeth, your youth and staff for 14 years of faithfulness, loving, and caring to the Riverside Community. We love all of you. Ms. Eliza

January 19, 2026 Riverside Apartments "KEEPING HOPE ALIVE" at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church. Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King's Day. "Camp Awesome" entering into 14 years
Partnership with Show Them We Care Foundation. OLOH has been committed to Riverside Apartments and STWC. Their faithfulness has shown lots of love to the residents at Riverside.
We truly thank God for Diane's Call and The Chinese Church of Columbia for providing transportation. Their partnership is truly a blessing to STWC.
The next Camp Awesome is April 3.

November 2025. Ladies at Riverside Apartments "KEEPING HOPE ALIVE"
Part 2 of A Women's Blueprint"
"THE EULOGY" Presented by Mental Hillness and facilitated by Mr. Micheal Hill, founder and owner of Mental Hillness. The three day workshop was deep, inspirational, educational and heart warming. The workshop was closed out December 12, 2025 with a fellowship dinner that included presentations and gifts. The ladies diligently attended both workshops. Show Them We Care Foundation and Mental Hillness awarded them with certificates and gifts for their participation and faithfulness. Moving into 2026, "HOPE IS ALIVE!" Thank God for His love and faithfulness to us.

December 3, 2025, Richland County Library Keeping Hope Alive with Show Them We Care Foundation at Riverside Apartments. Pop-up preschool was a success, participation was great. The Preschool is for children from birth to 4 years old with the Presence of their parents. It was great! As we move into 2026 HOPE IS ALIVE!!!! Thank you Richland County Library for a great Partnership. Blessings from above!!!
