ALOT Alumni Spotlight: Addie Yoder, Class XX

We are proud to recognize Addie Yoder (Class XX) for serving as President of the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation!

Addie continues to exemplify the leadership, service, and connection-building that are hallmarks of ALOT alumni. Through this role, she is helping strengthen relationships across Missouri while advocating for agriculture and women in leadership.

As Addie shared:
“Serving as president of the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation is an incredible honor. As someone deeply rooted in agriculture, I’m excited to connect our industry with this outstanding group of women leaders from across the state. With less than 2% of Americans directly involved in farming and even fewer being women, these conversations are an awesome opportunity to strengthen connections across our communities.”

We are proud to see Addie making an impact and representing Missouri agriculture so well. Congratulations on this outstanding leadership role!

It was great to see ALOT alumni represented during U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins’ recent visit to Missouri.

We’re especially proud to recognize Garrett Riekhof (Class XV) and Gary Riekhof (Class I), whose family farm helped host this important conversation on the future of agriculture. It’s also a testament to the strength of the ALOT network that several other alumni were represented in the crowd as Missouri ag leaders gathered to discuss issues impacting farmers and ranchers across our state.

From Class I to Class XV and beyond, ALOT leaders continue to help shape the future of Missouri agriculture!
