We are truly honored to partner with Granny’s House in a way that goes far beyond construction. Together, we’re helping nearly double their physical space, creating room for more stories, more support, and more lives to be impacted.

Every wall expanded and every new space created represents an opportunity to reach more individuals, to provide greater care, and to continue a mission that matters so deeply to our community.

In honor of their family matriarch, a generous family donated this empty lot to the Anderson Homes Foundation. Soon, this lot will hold a beautiful, efficient home for a hardworking family, offering a fresh start and a foundation for lasting stability.

Have unused land or property? Donate it to the Anderson Homes Foundation and help us build stronger communities. As a 501(c)(3), all donations—including property—are tax-deductible, and your property’s appraised value can be doubled through a current matching gift campaign by the William Guitar Little Foundation.

Perhaps the best part? When the home is sold at cost to a selected family, the value of this lot is rolled directly into the next home build.
