Yes! And your donation could become so much more than an empty lot.

When you donate land or property to the Anderson Homes Foundation, we can use that property to build an affordable home for a hardworking family in our community.

When the home is sold at cost, the value of the donated property is rolled into the next home build, allowing one generous gift to help create opportunities for multiple families over time.

And because the Anderson Homes Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, qualifying donations may be tax-deductible.

Construction update!

Anderson Homes Foundation has officially broken ground on Spencer Hills. One of our sponsors, ESS Materials, is currently doing the dirt work to prepare the lots. We are hoping to start building on this development by the start of 2027!

Foundation homes are intended for families who are ready to take the next step toward homeownership but need an opportunity to make it possible. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to responsibly own and maintain a home. The goal isn't simply to provide a house, it's to create a lasting path to homeownership.
