We are incredibly grateful to Delta Dental for their generous support of individuals served by Woodhaven!

Because of this partnership, 120 individuals received oral healthcare tools and supplies to support healthier daily routines and greater independence. From toothbrushes to water flossers, these resources are making a meaningful difference in confidence, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

One individual who received Delta Dental items now stops by the office each week to proudly say, “I still have my toothbrush you gave me!” She shares how she uses it regularly, feels good about her teeth, and is truly grateful for the support she received.

Moments like these remind us how important access to individualized supports and essential healthcare tools can be. Thank you, Delta Dental, for helping individuals build healthy habits and brighter smiles!

There is something special about getting out, exploring, and making memories together.

Over the weekend, some of our Woodhaven members had the opportunity to visit Sea Life Aquarium in Kansas City, taking in the underwater world and enjoying a day filled with curiosity, connection, and fun.

Experiences like these are about more than just the destination. They create opportunities for friendship, independence, and shared experiences that matter.

We are proud to celebrate our CEO, Joy Sweeney, for being recognized as a nominee for the Women of Achievement Yellow Rose Luncheon hosted by the Zonta Club and its Celebrating Women of Action event.

This inspiring gathering honored women making a difference while supporting scholarships that help women continue their education as they balance work, family, and future goals.
