✨ What a night! ✨
We had the absolute best time celebrating 15 years of hard work, relentless advocacy, dedication, and community service at the Project NAS Gala! 🌟
The evening was nothing short of magical. We listened to deeply impactful speaker reflections, shared laughs, shed a few tears, and enjoyed beautiful fellowship with our community, friends of Project NAS, and the incredible people who have helped this organization remain the guiding star for reentry in South Carolina.
A truly special moment of the night was honoring our founder and "the General," Hameen A. Shabazz. Thank you for your visionary leadership! 🫡❤️
A massive thank you to all of our supporters who showed up and showed out! We are also deeply grateful to:
🎤 Our phenomenal Keynote Speaker, Bridget Brown of the South Carolina Appleseed Legal Justice Center, for her powerful and impactful words.
🏆 Our Community Service Award Recipients, Jerry Cue and Michelle Eargle.
🏅 Our Lifetime Advocacy Award Recipient, Sue Berkowitz.
💼 To our generous sponsors and silent auction donors: Thank you for investing in our mission! Your incredible support directly fuels the resources and second chances we provide every day.
🙌 To our phenomenal Gala Committee and dedicated Advisory Board members: This spectacular night would not have been possible without your countless hours of planning, vision, and behind-the-scenes hard work. Thank you for bringing this milestone celebration to life!
Lastly, a huge shoutout to our decorator and caterer, Marsha Cunningham and her incredible team at Best 1 Catering and Unique Creations and Design Planning. The food and the vibe were everything we imagined and more! 🍽️✨
Here’s to 15 years behind us, and many more years of changing lives ahead! 🥂
