National PE & Sport Week is a celebration of the importance of physical education and health education, in addition to kicking off National Physical Fitness and Sports Month.

Health and physical education is a critical component of a well-rounded education. It’s where children learn:

✅️Fundamental motor skills needed to participate in physical activity, which is vital at all stages of life.
✅️Critical personal and social skills needed to help manage daily tasks and challenges.
✅️Important character values such as resilience, fairness and respect.

At Sunny Smiles Summer Camp, we know how important health and physical education is for children's overall health and wellness, so let’s advocate and celebrate together this week!
