Please PLEASE contact your senators and representatives and let them know you support this bill!! Kids need BOTH of their parents EQUALLY and good, fit parents should NEVER have to go through years of fighting to have equal time with their kids!

URGENT: All of my Tennessee friends take note! I am very passionate about this!!!! We in TN need to put our children first. They need fathers in their lives. Please call your senator and representative and tell them you support this bill. Stop the craziness of fathers having to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees to “buy” time with their children following a separation. Fathers who were active in their child(ren)’s life prior to the separation should most definitely have 50/50 custody barring any violence, abuse, etc. For the fathers not wanting 50% custody they can sign off on that and settle for less.
