🚨2 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENTS🚨

It’s our 20th Anniversary and to commemorate such a monumental occasion we are going big!!!

First, our event on September 25, 2026 will be held at Phil Long Music Hall! It’s an amazing venue and we hope you and your friends will help us pack the place so that we can reach our anniversary goal of collecting the most winter coats in our history for the kids in need in our community!

Second, we are excited to announce that SofaKillers will be providing the entertainment for our event! SofaKiller’s are one of Colorado’s premier entertainers! SofaKillers deliver the ultimate dance party with hit after hit from the '70s-2000s. Voted Best Local Cover Band six times from 2019-2025, they're Colorado Springs' go-to band for nonstop fun.
Get off your sofa on September 25th and come dance to some
killer music and help Koats 4 Kids help kids in your community! Mark your calander now and join us for lots of fun!!!

🚨ON SALE NOW (or at least soon)🚨
Plan ahead for our September 25th event and buy the winter coat you need for entry while they are on sale. Then you get more bang for your buck and can bring 2 instead of 1 😉 The winter coat must be waterproof and rated for temperatures 32° and below. Size range is child 5-18. Please no puffer jackets, rain jackets, spring jackets or sweatshirts.

At this year’s event on September 25, Koats 4 Kids will be celebrating our 20th year of providing winter coats to kids in need in our community! And we are going BIG to recognize this monumental accomplishment! We have an exciting new venue, entertainment and more that we will start announcing soon! Most importantly, we have set our goal to collect more coats this year than ever in our history! We hope that you will help us do that! Mark your calander now and plan on attending September 25, and plan on bringing as many of your friends as possible!!!

The Koats 4 Kids committee’s efforts to collect coats for kids in need in School District 49 continued today, as we have a new partnership with TRYED and TRU! At their classic car event, they collected coats for us, as did Penrose-St. Francis Health Services at East Woodman! We are so appreciative of all their efforts and as a result we have collected, at last count, over 150 more coats! Many thanks go out to all who attended and donated!!

The Koats4Kids Committee and Pixiedusted just want to take a moment to thank all who attended our event on September 19! The night was a HUGE success! Everyone had a great time enjoying the casino games, moonshine tasting, silent auction, dancing, delicious food, Photo Booth shenanigans, and door prize surprises! Next year we will be celebrating year 20 of Koats4Kids…start planning to attend now and don’t miss out on the fun and your chance to help kids in your community!

It was so much fun watching the coat pile grow throughout the evening! Many thanks to all who came or donated prior to the event!!! We can’t wait for the delivery to School District 49! Happy to help the kiddos in need in that district stay warm this winter!!!

Didn’t have time to grab a coat? You can still come tonight! $50 donation gets you in the door! Once you enter the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College 5:20-9:30, you will not only be helping kiddos in your community but you will have the most fun night ever! You will be entertained by music, a magician, a flame throwing exhibition, casino games, moonshine tasting, Photo Booth fun, a silent auction and door prize raffle! We provide a complimentary fajita bar, wine and beer! Cocktails will be available for purchase. All donated coats will be given this year to School District 49! Monies collected during event will be given to our sister charity Pixiedusted!
