Welcome to the 2026 Colonie Football Season
The next meeting will be Thursday March 5, 2026 at 6 pm at the High school library conference room.
As we begin to put things into action for this season there are some things that we feel parents from Modified to Varsity need to know to ensure our boys get everything they need for a Successful 2026 Season
First and the most IMPORTANT thing we need is VOLUNTEERS. We cannot give these boys all they need without help from their parents. The Booster Club is responsible for getting all the gear that the boys need on and off the field. We get Uniforms, Equipment, food for the locker room, Team Dinners for Varsity, drinks for all levels during their games and more.
We have heard rumblings that the parents were frustrated that the Concession Stand was not open for all the JV and Freshman Home Games and we agree you should be frustrated. We would have loved to have been open, but when it was the same 5 people running the stand, providing Team Dinners, shopping and restocking the stand there is only so much 5 people can do. With this being said we would love more parents at the Booster Club meetings to help out, come up with fundraising ideas, and help increase Volunteer Help in the Concession stand
Our goal this year would be to have the Stand open for as many Home games as we can, but we cannot do this without more help!
Next year the current Leadership team will be leaving and there needs to people willing to take on the role of the Booster Club to ensure that the future players continue to get what they need
