possible. We believe that "Spreading Kindness around like Confetti" is a great way to
help cancer patients feel a little better while going through the touch cancer
experience.

**Official Statement from the Board of 3 Little Birds 4 Life (Megan, Nikki, Jamie & Jenna)**

Effective immediately, the full Board of Directors of 3 Little Birds 4 Life has resigned from our positions.

This decision was not made lightly. We care deeply about the mission and the many individuals and families who have been supported through this organization. Given the circumstances surrounding this transition, we felt stepping down was the most responsible course of action.

At this time, the Board is no longer involved in the operations, management, or decision-making of 3 Little Birds 4 Life. As a result, we are unable to continue oversight or participation in the organization moving forward.

We understand this may come as a surprise, and we share in the disappointment surrounding this transition. Our priority has always been to serve with integrity and transparency, and we felt it was important to communicate this change directly.

We are incredibly grateful for the community of supporters, donors, and volunteers who have made an impact through this mission.

With heavy hearts, we need to share that ALL of our programs will be paused until further notice, this includes support groups and yoga. This is not a decision we ever wanted to make, and it comes with deep sadness for the individuals and families we serve.

We are profoundly grateful for everyone who has stood with us, supported our mission, and believed in the work we do. Your encouragement has carried us through so much, and it continues to give us hope. Thank you for being part of our community—your support truly means everything to us.

Can you say Puppy Yoga?

The Blood Cancer United group and the metroeasthumanesociety hosted puppy yoga at the Nest today. It looked like a blast, and raised money for 2 different organizations in our community. 5 of the puppies are up for adoption 🐾

Today’s Kindness Project delivery was one we will never forget.

This Birdie Box, dinner, flowers, and a Walmart gift card were delivered to a mama who was just diagnosed with breast cancer… while her son just finished chemo treatments for a brain tumor.

There are moments when words feel small.
When life feels unbearably heavy.
When a family is just trying to breathe through the shock.

At 3 Little Birds 4 Life, we can’t fix everything.
But we can show up.
We can lift a little weight.
We can remind someone they are not walking this road alone.

Kindness doesn’t cure cancer.
But it strengthens courage.
It fuels hope.
It whispers, “We see you.”

Galentines 2026 ✅

This event is one we look forward to all year. It’s a time to celebrate the ladies in our lives with a new fun theme and activities each year.
