Knights of Columbus, Collings Lakes 8718 Knights of Columbus Council 8718 is the host council for the parish of Our Lady of the Lakes in Collins Lakes, New Jersey.

We meet every third Wednesday of the month in our wonderful parish hall behind the church.

Just want to thank everyone for the donations and support for our Super Bowl Hoagie sale everyone showed up and we sold out! Hopefully you enjoyed the hoagies! The church and community appreciate you very much. We will be kicking off our Fish Fry soon on Friday night. Come out eat, mingle, be social and meet your neighbors!

Council #8718 held its monthly meeting tonight. In addition to regular business, the council discussed the upcoming hoagie sale held on Super Bowl Sunday and also heard from Field Agent Eric Janson and District Deputy Neil Cullen.

Last night, Council #8718 held its annual Christmas party. It was a great time had by all.

Various Knights were recognized for their service and the late great Tom Willett posthumously received the Knight of the Year Award. It was accepted on his behalf by his wife Lisa.
