The Mid-South Balloon Festival is a volunteer-based, nonprofit fundraiser with proceeds supporting educational programs in Shelby County, Fayette County and beyond. 🎈 Friday Night Lights for Special Needs Children will take place on September 19 and is a private event for children with special needs and their families. The Mid-South Balloon Festival non-profit organization is hosting this event in Rossville. Proceeds will go to support education needs in the community across the Mid-South.
