Have you ever walked away from a conversation and realized you could have shared something about your faith?

For one mother and daughter, a conversation in a checkout line became a reminder to notice those everyday opportunities. Both had completed Salt & Light Process™ Witness Training, yet they recognized the opening only after it had passed.

Together, they turned that moment into prayer—asking God to send someone else to encourage the cashier and to help them recognize the next opportunity.

Growing as an intentional witness takes practice, prayer, and encouragement. Even a simple mention of attending church can raise a Faith Flag and open the door to a deeper conversation.

Here’s a little glimpse into the work happening as we continue developing Living Stones—an initiative focused on equipping and mobilizing believers to be intentional witnesses for Jesus where they live, work, and play.

We’re excited to see how God will use Living Stones to help reach more people with the hope of Jesus around the world!

September gave us so much to be grateful for!

Throughout the month, believers gathered for witness training in communities around the world, taking intentional steps to grow in confidence as they live out and share their faith.

We are deeply thankful for each person who said yes to being equipped, and for the trainers, leaders, and partners who helped make these gatherings possible.

As we look back on September, would you join us in praying for these newly equipped witnesses? Pray that God would give them courage, wisdom, and opportunities to demonstrate and share the love of Jesus where they live, work, and play.

We’re grateful for all God is doing and expectant for the impact that will continue long after these trainings have ended.

What does it look like when faith transforms the workplace?

IHS Global recently connected with approximately 850 workplace, ministry, and church leaders from across Africa and the Middle East. Through conversations at the IHS Global booth, participants learned about the Saline Process™ and Salt & Light Process™, opening doors for potential partnerships and future witness training throughout the region.

We praise God for these new relationships and pray they will equip more believers to become intentional witnesses for Jesus wherever they live, work, and serve.

A shared ride home. An unexpected rainbow. An opportunity to share the Gospel.

When an equipped witness saw a rainbow alongside her coworker, she remembered God’s covenant in Genesis and used the moment as a Faith Flag, opening the door to a spiritual conversation.

God can use ordinary moments to point people toward Jesus. We simply need to remain prayerful, attentive, and ready to respond.
