She is responsible for Kootenai Care Network (CIN), provider contracts and compensation, payer strategies and contracting, financial planning and analytics, accounts payable, supply chain, and revenue cycle services. With 20+ years in Healthcare, Michèle has a rich background in healthcare operations, strategy, and finance. She holds a BA in French, a MA in International Relations, a MBA, and is certified in Toyota Lean methodologies. Michèle is actively involved in community and board activities.
