Another council is doing merit badges via Zoom meetings at specific times. They have scouts from every state taking advantage of their offering, except Idaho. If the merit badge you need is full (closed), let me know and I'll contact James Hylemon (District Executive) and he stated he could get some scouts in.

The District is in North Carolina so take that into account for class times.
