Mental health support doesn't always have to be in an office. At Wyo Hoofbeats, our Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning sessions incorporate horses into the therapeutic process, creating opportunities to build trust, practice boundaries, recognize emotions, and develop new ways to respond to challenges. We feel grateful to be involved with this work!💙🐴
