Good News Mighty Mathews! We now have another free food pantry located in Foster, Rt. 14, at St. Matthew Orthodox Church. That makes eight Good News Free Food Pantries!
We are grateful for The Gloucester Mathews Gazette Journal who provided the boxes and for our wonderful community who help feed those in need.🤗

Good News Mighty Mathews!!! We have another free food pantry up and running! This one is at Mathews Chapel on Buckley Hall Road in Cobbs Creek. That’s seven free food pantries in Mathews! Stay tuned for another one coming soon. These free food pantries are accessible to those in need 24/7. Huge shout out to the Gloucester-Mathews Gazette Journal who donated the paper boxes to make all this possible. We are grateful for their service to the community! Thank you also to everyone who helps feed our neighbors! Please consider picking up an extra item or two of non perishable food and placing it in the pantry closest to you. No glass please.

Please note, the Locust Grove pantry is iced in and not really safe access, unless you are an olympic ice skater😉. We will try to melt the ice around it and restock it soon. If you need food and are unable to get to one of the other pantries, please message us.

Happy Monday Mighty Mathews!!! The Good News Pantry at Central UMC got a little face lift today and is full of food. The pantries at Locus Grove and Emmanuel were also restocked today. Good News Pantries are available 24/7 to anyone in need. Please take what you need and leave what you can.
