Olivia Kaye Organization

Olivia Kaye Organization On 4/10/24, my world shattered when I lost my daughter, Olivia, to fentanyl. That day changed everything- including me.

Our mission is to embrace, educate & empower individuals to make positive decisions for their lives & make mental health a priority.

Jake has pled guilty and will be sentenced July 20, 2026 in Danville.
Emotions for our family are all over the place at this time.
Please pray for strength for us- especially Londyn who is still too young to understand this, but one day will.
Pray for those struggling with addiction- it affects more than just them.

Mental Health Awareness Month Tip for Parents 💚
One of the best ways to help youth build resilience is by modeling healthy coping skills yourself. Children learn a great deal by watching the adults around them.
It’s okay for parents to take a time out during stressful or heated moments. By practicing healthy ways to manage stress — such as exercise, yoga, painting, writing, deep breathing, or asking for help when needed — you show your child that everyone has difficult days, and that it’s healthy to work through them in positive ways.
Taking care of your own mental and physical health isn’t selfish — it teaches your child valuable life skills simply through your example.

The Weekly MIND Check- a simple daily mental health check-in activity designed to encourage self-awareness, positive thinking, emotional expression, and healthy coping skills.
Each circle contains a reflection prompt. Take a few moments to answer honestly and thoughtfully. There are no right or wrong answers. This activity is meant to help you pause, process your emotions, recognize your strengths, and focus on what you need today.

Use one sheet each day of the week to track your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth over time. Small daily check-ins can help build resilience, emotional wellness, and healthy habits for the mind.
