Today, Clyde FFA members traveled to the Area IV Convention hosted by Midwestern State University where they took part in the leadership and business of the organization while representing our chapter with pride.

Members participated in voting for Area officers, selecting the Area IV talent team to advance to the state level, and choosing the state officer candidate who will represent Area IV in the 2026-27 Texas FFA Association state officer election process.

We are especially proud of Pierce, who was selected as a member of the Area IV Most Valuable Judging Team in Wildlife, an honor recognizing the top individuals from across the entire area. This recognition reflects the hard work, dedication, and countless hours invested throughout the year by these students.

Clyde FFA continues to grow strong leaders, competitors, and ambassadors for agriculture, and today was another great example of our students making an impact beyond the classroom. Congratulations to all who represented Clyde FFA so well!

Last night, May 5th, we celebrated an incredible year at the Clyde FFA Banquet held at Staple 6. It was a great evening recognizing the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our members.

From award presentations to reflecting on the year’s successes, it was a reminder of how much these students accomplish both in and out of the classroom. We’re proud of their growth in leadership, responsibility, and service.

Thank you to our families, supporters, and community for continuing to invest in our program. And a special congratulations to all of our award winners—we’re excited to see what you accomplish next.

The Clyde FFA was proudly represented today by five of our officers at the Big Country District FFA Convention. Throughout the day, they helped select the talent team and Area IV officer candidates who will represent our district this May, participated in voting for the 2026–2027 district officer team, and celebrated the accomplishments of chapters across the district—including our own.

We’re especially proud of our teams that were recognized: our Wildlife team for earning 1st place in the district, and our Entomology team for bringing home 2nd place honors.

Opportunities like this are what make the FFA Organization so special, and we’re grateful for every chance our students have to grow, lead, and represent Clyde FFA.

💙💛STATE BOUND! 💙💛

Congratulations to the Clyde FFA Wildlife Team on a great performance at the Region 5 Wildlife Contest yesterday, where they finished 4th in Area IV and 10th Overall!

This team has spent many hours preparing, studying, and sharpening their skills, and we are proud to see that hard work continue to pay off. Because of their performance, they should be advancing to the Texas FFA State Wildlife Contest in Nacogdoches on April 20.

We are proud of these students and the way they continue to represent Clyde FFA, Clyde CISD, and the Clyde community with pride, work ethic, and determination.

Clyde FFA has been putting in the work on the CDE circuit! 💙💛

Our students recently competed at the Cisco College CDE Contest and the Tarleton State University Invitational, and we’re proud of the way they continue to represent Clyde, Texas with hard work, determination, and class.

A special congratulations goes to our Wildlife Team for earning 4th Overall Team at Cisco College and 14th Overall Team at Tarleton State! 👏

Career Development Events give our students the opportunity to sharpen their skills, build confidence, work as a team, and prepare for future careers in agriculture and beyond. Every contest is another step forward, and these students continue to grow each time they step in the arena.

We’re proud of all of our students who competed in Wildlife, Veterinary Science, Horse Judging, and Entomology.
