Lake Wylie Children's Charity

When kids in the Lake Wylie area face serious life-threatening illness, our non-profit rallies behind them with friendship, funding, and support.

Born in a spirit of community, Lake Wylie Children’s Charity (LWCC) started 19 years ago when a serious illness struck a child in our area, leaving the family devastated but also financially burdened. LWCC’s primary fundraiser is its annual free concert, raising money that helps families through their time of crisis. In addition, we hold other events and fundraisers throughout the year that bring

in additional money to help even more children. Through the outpouring of time and donations from hundreds of generous volunteers and donors, our nonprofit is devoted to helping families, assisting in alleviating day-to-day living expenses and healthcare costs while parents focus on just being there for their children.
