As we have come to a conclusion for all levels of our youth football season, I just wanted to take a moment to reflect.
This year we had 3 flag teams participate with the league in Janesville, and once again one of our teams was able to come out on top with a end of year championship. This is a solid representation of our program and those involved, both players and coaches.
Our 3/4 team showed solid progression with every game. Experienced both thrills and spills along the way, all the while showing improvement and fundamental progression with every contest.
Finally our 5/6 team showed their grit and determination to re-establish our program as a legitimate contender. Finishing with a solid winning record these kids showed to be the nucleus of keeping our program alive and well at this level.
A big thank you to all players, parents and coaches for your dedication to making our program what it is. Without you, none of the aforementioned could have happened or would remain sustainable as a program.
As we turn the page on the 2025 season, the 2026 has already begun its preparations as equipment is cleaned, refurbished, replaced and stowed away. Anyone looking to become involved, now is the time to get involved as next year will be here before we know it. The club can use volunteers at all level of experience and expertise.
