Last night at the CHS awards ceremony Elijah’s mom Tricia Albers-Hurt presented the first scholarship from the Elijah Hurt Memorial Fund to Jaxon Pugh. Congratulations Jaxon! We want to thank everyone who applied. We couldn’t do any of this without the help of our sponsors from the 2025 tournament. Rain and warm weather means green fairways are in the near future! June 13th Meadow Lake Golf Club will be hosting our 2nd annual tournament. IT’S SPONSORSHIP TIME!! We were very fortunate last night to present the Clinton Animal Shelter with a donation from the proceeds of the 1st annual Elijah Hurt Memorial Golf Tournament. We wanted to give a big thank you to every sponsor and volunteer that made it possible for us to do so! There will be a scholarship in Elijah’s name this spring as well. All of us want to give a big shoutout to everyone that came and participated in the tournament yesterday and made the first tournament a huge success! Thank you to Meadow Lake Golf Club for hosting us and helping us run everything smoothly. We want to thank all of our great sponsors. The tournament wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you! Below is a list of our silver and gold sponsors. We can’t wait for next year and the many years to come! Some very nice words from a friend and great help to the success of our tournament!

Today I watched some incredible young men and women honor their dear friend Elijah whom we lost last year. I've watched these kids grow up in this community and am so proud of the way they came together. the tournament was a huge success and I know Elijah was right there with us all. Cherish your memories and hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight. Job well done and love to you all.
