Earlier this week, Clinton DECA students attended the State Career Development Conference in Kansas City. Twenty students competed after qualifying at the district level competition in February. Of the competitors, four students qualified for International Competition in Atlanta, GA. Please join us in congratulating all of the students who participated!

DECA is now accepting membership forms/dues for the 2025-2026 school year! You must be enrolled in one of Mrs. Thompson's classes in order to join DECA.

Clinton DECA attended state competition earlier this week in Kansas City, MO. Of the attendees, 10 placed in the top 10 in their respective events. Those who placed in the top 5 will be representing Clinton Technical School at international competition in Orlando, FL this April.

In addition, DECA President Hadley DeLozier will be attending internationals to present information regarding CHS's School Based Enterprise (the school store).

As part of their DECA project, Cody Mitchell and Dylan Lutjen are making the rounds to help community organizations understand the importance of the Home Run for the Future campaign. Thank you to the Sunrise Optimist Club for providing them with a platform!

Today's program was on the project to raise funds for a new baseball/softball field at the Clinton High School. This is a joint effort of a partnership between the Clinton School District and the Education Foundation for Clinton Students, Inc. Pictured are Kevin LaFavor, Clinton Athletic Director, President Logan Modlin, Dylan Lutjen, Cody Mitchell, and Dan Wallace representing the Education Foundation.
