Outreach is a non-profit organization committed to bringing comfort and hope to children (0-18 years of age) during the tough transition of entering foster care, adoptive and relative placement for the first time. We carry out this mission by providing welcome boxes and first over night bags to meet their basic needs. It is the hope of this non-profit to help support both our foster families and f
oster children of 9 area counties. Serving in Iowa: Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. Welcome Boxes will include: a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, water bottle, hairbrush, fun washcloth, comb, liquid bath soap, and night light.

30-inch Wheeled Duffle First Overnight Bags will include all NEW items such as new pajamas, socks, underwear, pillow, pillow case, blanket, Bible, crayons, pens, pencils, journals, water bottle, coloring books, age-appropriate toys/activities, and stuffed animals.
