Remembering 9/11 | 25 Years

Twenty-five years later, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage of first responders, the compassion of those who reached out to help, and the resilience of communities that came together in the days that followed.

May we never forget those we lost. May we continue to choose peace over fear, compassion over division, and love over hate.

A memorial service was held on riverfront tonight remembering Chick Ladehoff, Wayne Kubert, Carolyn Mulholland, and Vicki Vicks. The new ginkgo trees planted on the south end of Riverview Drive were donated by Clinton Trees Forever to honor the legacy of these members/wives of members.

That's a wrap on our annual 3rd grade project! Always a fun time with the kids. We hope to see these Cooks Blue Balsam Fir trees growing all over town!
