Update: After an incredible year last year raising $3,000 for Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina, our family decided to pause the normal Crops-For-Causes Pumpkin fundraiser. The weather has been extremely difficult this year, so it made the decision somewhat easier. We are growing three giant pumpkins for fun, so we’re excited to see what happens! We’re going to use this time to improve the growing areas and apple orchard and get the farm ready for the future. We appreciate everyone’s support over the years and we’ll keep updating as we go!

All of the pumpkin fundraiser money that has been donated this year will go to local sick children like Addy through Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina! Our fundraiser is winding down and most of the pumpkins are out to our incredibly generous donors. Crops for Causes was created for one sole reason-to show how God can use something small to help others in a big way. All of the proceeds, every penny, go to charitable causes like Make-A-Wish, food shelters, first responders and animal shelters. I don’t know why God chose pumpkins grown by a lawyer who had never farmed in his life. The only thing I can conclude is that he did it for HIS glory. God created these seeds. God gave the sun and the rain. This is His project. So that others would see what great things He can do no matter what the circumstances. Thank you to everyone that has supported so far! ALL of your donations will go to sick children. Praise God for the great works he has done through someone like me and through a Family that just wants to help others and spread the love and glory of God.
