This evening was the ceremonial swearing in for 2 of our newest members. Tonight, Holden Stachowiak and Joe Davis were surrounded by family, friends, and firefighters new, old, and retired as they were welcomed into the RHFD family. We wish them a long, healthy career!

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the family, friends, and brothers and sisters of Firefighter Cam Duvall following his tragic off-duty passing.

The fire service is more than a profession—it is a family. Today, that family mourns the loss of one of our own. We recognize Cam’s dedication to serving others and honor the commitment he made to his community.

On behalf of our members, we extend our heartfelt sympathy to everyone who knew and loved him.

Over the weekend, we had some unexpected guests arrive unannounced at our fire station.

Thankfully with the assistance of a local beekeeper, we were able to get this bee colony safely relocated to a new home!
