The Jazzy June Affair was an afternoon filled with smooth music by HUBBS GROOVE, fellowship, fun, good food, and recognition of our community partners and 2026 graduating Top Teens, who received scholarships. It was an unforgettable time!

SPECIAL THANKS to TLOD Inc. Area V Ladies who traveled near and far to attend, and Greater Cleveland Chapter Ladies, Lords, and Top Teens, family, friends, affiliates, and guests who attended and helped to make the Jazzy June Affair a memorable occasion!

Bravo Community Partner Honoree, Lisa Fritz, Strategic Partnerships Manager, Family Promise of Greater Cleveland! Our community is so fortunate to have partners like you who lead with heart, passion, and purpose.

Family Promise of Greater Cleveland is a local non-profit that provides emergency shelter and supportive services for homeless families with children in Cuyahoga County. Operating out of a former elementary school in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood, they keep families together in a safe space while offering individualized case management, life skills training, and housing assistance.

What’s the 411 on Services Provided?

Emergency Shelter:
Accommodates up to 21 families at a time, providing basic needs (food, clothing, cleaning supplies) for an average of 12 weeks.

Community Stabilization Program: Offers ongoing case management, in-home visits, and budgeting assistance for 6 to 12 months after a family transitions to permanent housing.

Workforce & Educational Programs: Links clients to employment training and child programming to help achieve self-sufficiency.

How to Access Help:

Family Promise of Greater Cleveland “does not do direct admissions.” All shelter and housing assistance must be accessed through the community's “Coordinated Intake (CI) process.”

You can reach the Cuyahoga County Coordinated Intake process through FrontLine Service, or by dialing 2-1-1.

Did you know?

Lifebanc is Northeast Ohio’s nonprofit, federally designated Organ Procurement Organization. It facilitates organ, eye, and tissue donation across 20 counties, partnering with over 80 hospitals to identify donors, recover life-saving gifts, and coordinate with transplant centers to match those gifts with patients in need.

LifeBanc performs several vital roles in the Cleveland area and surrounding communities:

Donation Coordination: They manage the complex, time-sensitive process of recovering organs, corneas, and tissues when a registered donor passes away.

Community Education: Lifebanc works to educate the public on the impact of donation and encourages residents to sign up for the Ohio Donor Registry.

Family Support: They provide critical grief, bereavement, and healing support services to the families of donors who made the ultimate gift.
