Fun Educational Program "Art in the Park"

MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of Brooklyn Heights Service Clubs Art in the Park is to provide children age 5 to 12 with experiences in Art, Sculpture, Drama, Dance and Nature, with a commitment to support and engage BIPOC artists whose cultures are different than their own. We believe that each artist brings the children a foundation that will give them better appreciation for diverse people, the planet and all living things and encourage them to treat all with dignity, kindness and respect.

Art in the Park

Art in the Park is the latest program to be created under the Brooklyn Heights Service Clubs.

With generous support from Brooklyn Heights organizations, Cuyahoga Arts and Culture and in-kind donations, Art in the Park serves children from age 5 through 12.

The focus of the program is to foster creativity and interest in art, different cultures, music, science and natural history and to provide physical activity for children while on winter break from school, spring break, and twenty different and unique sessions during the summer.
