Panza Foundation serves as fiscal agent for the Cleveland Lottery League. Check them out and learn more about this wild art project meets music lottery. The Draft is Saturday, April 11, beginning a two-month season that culminates in all 44 new bands performing at the 12 hour Big Show on June 27.
