The talented Anita Hollander, Class of 1974 and member of the Shaker Schools Alumni Hall of Fame, is back in town at Cleveland Play House as part of the cast of Freak the Mighty. This new musical, based on the novel by Rodman Philbrick, follows the adventures of unlikely friends, Maxwell Kane and Kevin “Freak” Avery. The show will play May 22-June 21!

Congratulations to Ayden King, Class of 2022, who is featured in a big way at St. Clair and W. 3rd! Ayden is a football player at the University of Dayton and he is thrilled to represent Dayton athletics and students involvement. He is also part of this campaign in Chicago.

As Ayden shared, "What made [this project] so meaningful was knowing that younger students from my community could see it too! I'm hoping it can serve as a reminder that opportunities are possible no matter where you start, and that you can be a light and positive example for others."

Calling all SHHS alumni from classes in the 1950s and 1960s! Join us for a reunion social filled with memories and laughter surrounded by new and familiar faces. Reconnect with classmates, stroll through the halls of your beloved high school, and reminisce about the good old days together!

Congratulations to Kevin Clayton, Class of 1977, and Rev. Dr. Otis Moss III, Class of 1988, for their upcoming honors at the 114th Cleveland NAACP Branch Anniversary Freedom Fund Dinner that will be held on July 25. Both are also members of the Shaker Schools Alumni Hall of Fame!

• CRM/database oversight
• Audit and compliance coordination
• Scholarship and donor fund management
• Operational support
