3-D printing has changed the game for us and other local training centers. Systems that were once expensive to replicate or difficult to acquire can now be designed and printed on large scales for multiple trainings at a fraction of the cost.

We are so excited to see what the future holds for this new training tool!

Brothers and Sisters

The illustration below depicts the first Labor Day parade in 1882. And while much has changed in these 144 years, some things have not: hard working men and women of this nation banding together to uphold our rights as workers. That unity remains strong and purposed equally today and the illustration reflects the same dedication we see in the members of Local 3.

We must remember on this day, our holiday, how crucial it is to keep up that fight. To defend the Collective Bargaining Agreements that the ghosts of history stood in the face of intimidation and punishment to earn in negotiation.

Enjoy a well deserved day of rest with your families. We are stronger together!

This Memorial Day, we remember all those who served and sacrificed for this nation. Let us also take a moment to recognize the incredible veterans within our union family. The discipline, dedication, and leadership you learned in the military are the exact values that keep our job union strong on the job site every single day.
