FairCosa Foundation empowers felons, veterans, and other individuals struggling to find success by equipping them with the skills they need through intensive on-the-job training programs. Your support will help make life more livable for these individuals who will eventually find sustainable employment in their new communities.

We're in the home stretch of our renovation project! This renovation will give the Foundation much needed capital to provide thorough training in hands-on fields such as carpentry, tile work, and other home improvement tradecrafts. Many thanks to our contractor John Anthony Zitiello and the Land Bank! Look for this beauty to be on the market soon!

Exciting news! Because the pandemic has limited our access to our pre-release training program, we've had to pivot and find other ways of assisting people. With many of our board members having extensive real estate experience, we've put together a new plan.

In cooperation with the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corp., we've started work on rehabbing a home. Our plan has a few parts: 1 - to become self-funded and not reliant on external grant monies to continue our mission. 2 - to provide training to reinstated citizens, veterans, and others with obstacles in the home rehab field in order to provide viable means of financial support to themselves and their families. 3 - to assist reinstated citizens, veterans, and others with obstacles in obtaining home ownership.

Please join us in supporting this effort! We've so far raised the funds to complete the bulk of the rehab. Your donation will go toward the unexpected expenses. Typically, the unexpected things that come up run about 1 - 5% over the line item budget. Your support will ensure we can get the whole job done and done right!

Feel free to message if you have questions about the project, know someone who could benefit from learning new home rehab skills, or know a veteran or restored citizen who just needs a bit more help getting into their own home.
