❄️Winter Crisis Assistance is Now Open!❄️
If you or someone you know is struggling to keep the heat on this season, help is available.

The Winter Crisis Assistance Program through HEAP is now open and runs through March 31. This one-time, federally funded benefit can provide up to $750 to stop a disconnection, restore service, or help start new service for income-eligible residents.

This year, all applications in Cuyahoga County are processed through Step Forward's Energy Assistance Services.

The winter weather is here, and the Cleveland Department of Aging is still seeking volunteers to join our Snow Heroes team. Help aging residents with disabilities remain safe and independent this winter by clearing snow from walkways and sidewalks. You can volunteer as an individual or as a group!
